Welcome to our overview of the Catholic 12-Steps to fight sinful addictions!

As a way of accomplishing two things at once, I'm going to provide this overview by giving you some text extracts from The Hook and I that discusses our overall strategy.

First, here's the Introduction, next we need to be on the same sheet of music, so to speak so then let's discuss what we mean by an Addiction, then, I use some unusual terms so you need to understand my terms are, then I will present to you what the actual Catholic 12-Steps, and then let's conclude with our Strategy on how to use these 12-Steps to not only defeat our "hook" but to use it as a primary means to save our souls.

The last point I'll discuss here is to answer the very excellent question, We already have AA and other 12-Steps programs; why on earth do you need a CATHOLIC 12-Steps?
