Under construction!!! -Just like your baby :)

I'm glad you've made it to this point, my dear.  Whether you have decided to bring your baby to term or you are still thinking about having an abortion, you will be getting an ultrasound.  The ultrasound gives you, and the doctor, a fairly detailed picture of what stage of development your baby is at.  If the doctor is your OB/GYN it's to track the health and growth of your baby.  If the doctor is your abortionist (God forbid!) than it's to see what method of abortion will be used (UGH!).

There are two forms that I'm familiar with.  The system used for early pregnancies is actually done vaginally.  This comes as a shock to some women as they are used to the other system which is used for more mature pregnancies.  That is the external, "rub the tummy", system that we fathers get to witness in the doctor's office.

If you have made the decision to abort, please take my advice on two points:

  • Get an ultrasound done at a location offered by your pregnancy help center.  You'll be glad you did.  It will be an experience that you'll find critical, my dear reader, for you to make a fully informed decision that's right for you.
  • If you have decided to ignore my first piece of advice please take this one.  When you are in the abortionist's office, ask, insist, demand to see the ultrasound screen.  They will resist you on this, but again, you want to be fully informed so that you can make the best decision for you.

I hope to include some ultrasounds here in the near future.  I would have liked to do video but the load time is too long.  Please be satisfied with these views of Grandpa's children and grandchildren.  Although it looks like the babies are covered in a sheet, you will be able to see considerable detail.

Having arrived at the end of this page, my dear daughter, I've covered all of the pleasant aspects which you will need to consider in making your decision about your unplanned pregnancy.  Next, we'll discuss (without using graphic pictures) what exactly will occur during various methods of abortion.  God bless!  Please pray for guidance and for me.  I will do the same for you.
